سياسة الخصوصية

خصوصيتك تهمّنا. توضّح هذه السياسة ببساطة ما البيانات التي يستخدمها تطبيق منثفُل، ولماذا، وأين تُحفظ، وكيف تتحكّم فيها. ونلتزم فيها بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

من نحن

منثفُل (Monthful) تطبيق يساعد الأسرة على تخطيط وجباتها ومقاضيها على قدر ميزانيتها. للتواصل في أي شأن يخص الخصوصية: support@monthful.app

البيانات التي تعطينا إياها

• اسمك وطريقة مناداتك، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن اخترت حفظه.
• حسابك إن أنشأته (اختياري): بريدك الإلكتروني، أو تسجيل دخولك بـ Apple، وقد تعطينا Apple بريداً بديلاً يحفظ خصوصيتك.
• معلومات البيت: عدد الكبار والصغار (دون أسماء)، والدولة، والمتجر، والميزانية ومدتها، وصرفك المعتاد ويوم راتبك إن ذكرتهما.
• تفضيلات الأكل: الوجبات، والأذواق، والأطباق المفضلة، ومستوى الطبخ، وأدوات المطبخ، وما يتوفر عندكم في البيت.
• الحساسية والأطعمة التي لا تأكلونها: نستخدمها فقط لاستبعاد الأطباق التي تحتويها، ونعاملها بياناتٍ حساسة.
• ما يحدث داخل التطبيق: خطتك، وعلامات المقاضي، ومبالغ الفواتير التي تكتبها، وتقييماتك، والطبخات التي طبختها، وتذكيراتك.

الكاميرا والصور

يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الكاميرا أو الصور فقط حين تختار تصوير طبختك. تُحفظ الصورة على جوالك في «مطبخي» ولا نرفعها إلى أي مكان. وإذا شاركتها، فأنت من يختار التطبيق الذي تشاركها فيه.

أين تُحفظ بياناتك

بدون حساب، تُحفظ بياناتك كلها على جوالك فقط ولا تصل إلينا. وإذا أنشأت حساباً (اختياري) نحفظ نسخة من بيانات بيتك (إجاباتك، وخطتك، وعلامات المقاضي، والفواتير، وتقييماتك، وقائمة «مطبخي» دون صورها) لدى مزوّد قواعد البيانات Supabase على خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت)، لتفتحها من أي جوال تسجّل دخولك فيه. وإذا كان جوالك يأخذ نسخة احتياطية إلى iCloud أو Google، فهذه النسخة تشمل بيانات التطبيق، وهي في حسابك أنت وتحت تحكمك.

الاشتراك والدفع

يتم الدفع عن طريق Apple أو Google، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نحفظها. نستلم منهما حالة الاشتراك فقط (هل هو فعّال، ومتى ينتهي)، وقد نستعين بمزوّد لإدارة الاشتراكات (RevenueCat) لهذا الغرض وحده.

الإشعارات

التذكيرات (تجهيز الليلة، ووقت الطبخ، والمؤقتات، ويوم المشوار وغيرها) يجهّزها التطبيق على جوالك نفسه، ولا تظهر إلا بعد موافقتك. يمكنك إيقافها من «حسابي» أو من إعدادات الجوال.

لماذا نستخدم بياناتك

لنجهّز خطتك وقائمة مقاضيك وتكلفتها، ونذكّرك بما طلبت، ونحسب صرفك وتوفيرك، ونحسّن الاقتراحات بحسب تقييماتك. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها لأحد.

مع من نشاركها

لا نشارك بياناتك إلا مع Apple أو Google لإتمام الاشتراك، ومع مزوّدي خدمات يعملون لصالحنا بموجب التزامات بحماية البيانات (Supabase لحفظ بيانات الحساب، وRevenueCat لحالة الاشتراك)، أو إذا طلبتها جهة رسمية مختصة وفق الأنظمة. وحين ترسل قائمتك عبر واتساب أو تفتح تطبيق توصيل، فأنت من يرسلها، وتنطبق عندها سياسة ذلك التطبيق.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

تبقى بياناتك حتى تحذفها. «ابدأ من جديد» يمسح الخطة ويُبقي حسابك وتقييماتك، و«احذف الحساب» يحذف حسابك وكل بياناته من خوادمنا فوراً، ويمسح كل شيء من الجوال: الخطة، والتقييمات، و«مطبخي» وصوره، والتذكيرات، والإعدادات عدا اللغة والمظهر. ولا يصل الحذف إلى النسخ الاحتياطية التي سبق أن أخذها جوالك في iCloud أو Google، ويمكنك حذفها من إعدادات حسابك هناك.

حقوقك

يحق لك أن تعرف ما لدينا عنك، وأن تطلب نسخة منه، وأن تصحّحه، وأن تحذفه، وأن تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. ويمكنك فعل أغلب ذلك بنفسك من «إعداداتي» و«حسابي»، ولأي طلب آخر راسلنا على support@monthful.app وسنرد خلال 30 يوماً. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

الأطفال

منثفُل مخصّص للبالغين الذين يديرون أكل البيت. نسأل عن عدد الصغار في البيت فقط لحساب الكميات، دون أي معلومات عنهم.

نقل البيانات خارج المملكة

بدون حساب لا تصل بياناتك إلينا. ومع الحساب تُحفظ نسخته على خوادم Supabase في الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت)، ونلتزم في ذلك بالضوابط النظامية لنقل البيانات خارج المملكة، مع التزامات تعاقدية بحمايتها.

الأمان

نحمي بياناتك بإجراءات مناسبة، ونصمّم التطبيق بحيث لا يجمع إلا ما يحتاجه. الاتصال بخوادمنا مشفّر، ولا يصل إلى بيانات حسابك غيرك، وتُحفظ جلسة دخولك في المخزن الآمن لجوالك.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

إذا غيّرنا شيئاً مهماً فسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يسري، ونحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains plainly what data the Monthful app uses, why, where it's kept and how you control it. It follows Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Who we are

Monthful (منثفُل) is an app that helps a household plan its meals and groceries within its budget. For anything about privacy, contact support@monthful.app.

What you give us

• Your name and how you like to be addressed, and your email if you choose to save it.
• Your account, if you make one (optional): your email, or your Sign in with Apple, where Apple may give us a private relay address instead.
• About your home: how many adults and children (no names), your country, store, budget and its period, and your usual spend and payday if you give them.
• Food preferences: meals, tastes, favourite dishes, cooking level, kitchen tools and what's already at home.
• Allergies and foods you don't eat: used only to leave out dishes that contain them, and treated as sensitive data.
• What happens in the app: your plan, grocery ticks, receipt amounts you type, ratings, the dishes you cooked and your reminders.

Camera and photos

The app asks for the camera or your photos only when you choose to photograph your dish. The photo is kept on your phone in "My kitchen" and isn't uploaded anywhere. If you share it, you choose the app you share it to.

Where your data is kept

Without an account, all your data stays on your phone and never reaches us. If you make an account (optional), we keep a copy of your household's data (your answers, plan, grocery ticks, receipts, ratings and the "My kitchen" list, without its photos) with our database provider Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt), so you can open it on any phone you sign in on. If your phone backs up to iCloud or Google, that backup includes the app's data, in your own account and under your control.

Subscription and payment

Payment goes through Apple or Google. We never see or keep your card details. We receive only your subscription status (whether it's active and when it ends), and we may use a subscription service (RevenueCat) for that alone.

Notifications

Reminders (tonight's prep, cooking time, timers, shopping day and others) are set up by the app on your phone itself and appear only after you allow them. You can turn them off in Account or in your phone's settings.

Why we use your data

To make your plan, your grocery list and its cost, remind you of what you asked for, track your spending and savings, and improve suggestions from your ratings. We don't use it for ads and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Only with Apple or Google to complete a subscription, with service providers working for us under data-protection commitments (Supabase to keep account data, RevenueCat for subscription status), or with a competent authority where the law requires it. When you send your list on WhatsApp or open a delivery app, you're the one sending it, and that app's policy applies.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Your data stays until you delete it. "Start over" clears the plan and keeps your account and ratings; "Delete account" deletes your account and everything in it from our servers straight away, and removes everything from the phone: the plan, ratings, "My kitchen" and its photos, reminders and settings (apart from the language and the look). Deleting doesn't reach backups your phone already made to iCloud or Google; you can delete those in that account's settings.

Your rights

You can know what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can do most of this yourself in My setup and Account; for anything else, write to support@monthful.app and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Children

Monthful is for adults who run their home's food. We ask how many children live in the home only to work out amounts, with no information about them.

Data outside Saudi Arabia

Without an account, your data never reaches us. With one, its copy is kept on Supabase's servers in the European Union (Frankfurt); we follow the rules for transferring data outside the Kingdom, with contractual commitments to protect it.

Security

We protect your data with appropriate measures, and the app is designed to collect only what it needs. The connection to our servers is encrypted, no one but you can reach your account's data, and your sign-in is kept in your phone's secure storage.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything important, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
