إلغاء الاشتراك

يتم الاشتراك عن طريق Apple أو Google، وتلغيه من إعدادات الاشتراكات في جوالك: على iPhone من الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات، وعلى Android من Google Play ← الدفع والاشتراكات.

حذف حسابك

من التطبيق: حسابي ← احذف حسابي. يُحذف حسابك وكل بياناته من خوادمنا فوراً، ويُمسح كل شيء من جوالك.

ما تقدر تفتح التطبيق؟ راسلنا من الإيميل اللي سجّلت فيه على support@monthful.app بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، ونحذف حسابك وكل بياناته خلال 7 أيام ونأكّد لك.

حذف الحساب ما يلغي اشتراكك مع Apple أو Google، فألغه من جوالك أيضاً.

Cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions go through Apple or Google, and you cancel in your phone's subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, Payments & subscriptions.

Deleting your account

In the app: Account, Delete account. Your account and all its data are deleted from our servers straight away, and everything is cleared from your phone.

Can't open the app? Email support@monthful.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete account", and we'll delete your account and all its data within 7 days and confirm.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription with Apple or Google, so cancel it on your phone too.
