باستخدامك تطبيق منثفُل فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. كتبناها بوضوح، وإن كان لديك سؤال فراسلنا على support@monthful.app.
الخدمة
يجهّز منثفُل خطة وجبات وقائمة مقاضي على قدر ميزانيتك، مع وصفات بخطوات واضحة. التطبيق أداة مساعدة في التخطيط، والقرار الأخير لك.
الأسعار تقديرية
أسعار المقاضي في التطبيق تقديرية بحسب متوسط السوق أو بيانات المتاجر، والسعر الفعلي هو سعر المتجر وقت الشراء. لا نضمن تطابق الأسعار ولا توفّر الأصناف.
الحساسية والصحة
نستبعد الأطباق التي تحتوي على الحساسية التي ذكرتها بحسب مكوّناتها المعتادة، لكن تركيب المنتجات يختلف من علامة تجارية لأخرى، فاقرأ ملصق المنتج دائماً. السعرات والقيم الغذائية تقريبية وللمعلومة فقط، وليست نصيحة طبية أو غذائية.
الطبخ بأمان
اتبع الخطوات وانتبه للنار والفرن والسكاكين، وتأكد من نضج اللحم والدجاج والسمك جيداً قبل الأكل. أنت المسؤول عن طريقة تحضير الطعام وسلامته في بيتك.
الاشتراك والتجربة المجانية
يمكنك استخدام نسخة محدودة مجاناً، أو الاشتراك لتنفتح لك المزايا كلها. يبدأ الاشتراك بتجربة مجانية للمدة الموضّحة في صفحة الاشتراك، ثم يتجدد تلقائياً بالسعر والمدة اللذين اخترتهما، ما لم تلغه قبل نهاية التجربة أو الفترة بـ24 ساعة على الأقل.
يتم الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء عن طريق Apple أو Google، ويمكنك إدارة اشتراكك وإلغاؤه من إعدادات الاشتراكات في جوالك. يخضع الاسترداد لسياسة Apple أو Google. وإذا تغيّر السعر فسنُعلمك مسبقاً وفق أنظمة المتجر.
حسابك وبياناتك
أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي تدخلها. الحساب اختياري، ويحفظ خطتك لتفتحها من أي جوال، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على إيميلك أو حساب Apple الذي تدخل به. ويمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناته في أي وقت من «حسابي». وتوضّح سياسة الخصوصية تفاصيل البيانات.
الاستخدام المقبول
استخدم التطبيق لأغراضك الشخصية والعائلية، ولا تحاول اختراقه أو نسخ محتواه أو إعادة بيعه.
المحتوى والملكية
الوصفات والصور والتصميم وعلامة «منثفُل» ملك لنا أو مرخّصة لنا، ولك ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدامها داخل التطبيق. وتبقى الصور التي تلتقطها أنت ملكاً لك.
التطبيقات الأخرى
حين ترسل قائمتك عبر واتساب أو تفتح تطبيق توصيل أو متجر، تنتقل إلى خدمة طرف ثالث لها شروطها، ولا نتحمّل مسؤوليتها.
حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو» ونسعى لأن يكون دقيقاً ومتاحاً دائماً، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء. وفي الحدود التي تسمح بها الأنظمة، لا نتحمّل أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدامه، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا ما دفعته للاشتراك خلال آخر 12 شهراً.
Apple و Google
هذه الشروط بينك وبين منثفُل، وليست مع Apple أو Google، ولا تتحمّلان أي مسؤولية عن التطبيق أو محتواه أو دعمه. نحن المسؤولون عن الدعم والصيانة وعن أي مطالبات تخص التطبيق.
إذا لم يطابق التطبيق أي ضمان نظامي، فيمكنك إبلاغ Apple لتسترد قيمة الشراء وفق سياستها، دون أي التزام آخر عليها. ولـ Apple وشركاتها التابعة حق إنفاذ هذه الشروط بصفتها طرفاً مستفيداً. ويُشترط ألا تكون في دولة خاضعة لحظر، أو مدرجاً في قوائم الأطراف المحظورة.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وإذا غيّرنا شيئاً مهماً فسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق، واستمرارك في استخدامه بعد ذلك يعني موافقتك.
النظام المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using the Monthful app you agree to these terms. We've written them plainly; if you have a question, write to support@monthful.app.
The service
Monthful makes a meal plan and a grocery list within your budget, with step-by-step recipes. It helps you plan; the final decision is yours.
Prices are estimates
Grocery prices in the app are estimates from market averages or store data, and the real price is the store's at the time you buy. We don't guarantee prices or that items are in stock.
Allergies and health
We leave out dishes containing the allergies you told us about, based on their usual ingredients, but products differ from brand to brand, so always read the label. Calories and nutrition are approximate and for information only; they aren't medical or dietary advice.
Cooking safely
Follow the steps and take care with heat, the oven and knives, and make sure meat, chicken and fish are cooked through before eating. You're responsible for how food is prepared and kept safe in your home.
Subscription and free trial
You can use a limited version for free, or subscribe to unlock everything. A subscription starts with a free trial for the period shown on the subscription screen, then renews automatically at the price and length you chose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends.
Payment, renewal and cancellation go through Apple or Google; you can manage or cancel your subscription in your phone's subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policy. If the price changes, we'll tell you in advance as the store requires.
Your account and data
You're responsible for the information you enter. An account is optional and keeps your plan so you can open it on any phone; you're responsible for keeping the email or Apple account you sign in with safe. You can delete your account and all its data at any time in Account. The Privacy Policy explains your data in detail.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your personal and family needs. Don't try to break into it, copy its content or resell it.
Content and ownership
The recipes, photos, design and the Monthful name are ours or licensed to us; you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them in the app. Photos you take stay yours.
Other apps
When you send your list on WhatsApp or open a delivery or store app, you move to a third party's service with its own terms, which we aren't responsible for.
Limits of liability
We provide the app "as is" and work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it's free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
Apple and Google
These terms are between you and Monthful, not Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the app, its content or its support. We are responsible for support, maintenance and any claims about the app.
If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price under its policy, and Apple has no other obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You may use the app only if you aren't in a country under embargo or on a list of restricted parties.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change anything important we'll tell you in the app, and using it afterwards means you agree.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
